Containing approximately 221,400 square feet, the sustainable design features include: 12 inch raised access floor throughout, under-floor air distribution, floor-to-ceiling exterior glass, pendant lighting, energy star roof, enhanced building automation system, and other features. This speculative office building was designed with the goal of achieving LEED silver certification. The building is the first of a planned mixed use development which includes 100,000 square feet of retail buildings, a performing arts theater with 675 seats and a 4-star LEED certified boutique hotel containing 124 guest rooms and 20 suites.
