Dan also has an extensive network of customers including General Contractors, Telecommunication Companies, and Financial Services Companies. Dan manages the customer relations, estimating, cash management and project management for all his customers. He will be actively involved with the company's day to day operations, including responsibility for overall operations and business development for Titan Electric. |

Jane Klass – Chief Financial Officer
Jane holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Illinois Benedictine College. She is a licensed CPA in Illinois, and has been a member of Illinois CPA Society since 1992.
Jane oversees all aspects of financial management, software development, budgeting, insurance, bonding, banking, and audits. She is a 24 year veteran in the electrical contracting field. |

Michael McInerney – Chairman
Michael McInerney has 35 years of experience in the Electrical Contracting business and has 19 years experience as President. At the helm, Michael has taken an Electrical Contracting Company to a premier position in the Chicago Area Marketplace with Revenues of over $140M. He is the Past President of The Chicago Building Congress, past President of the Electrical Association of Chicago, past Chairman of the IBEW Pension Funds of Local 701 and DuPage Division Chairman of the Northeastern Illinois Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. Michael was the City of Hope "Spirit of Life" award winner in 2003 and was a founding member of Crash, which is a charity helping the disadvantaged in Chicago. He is also a Supervising Electrician in the City of Chicago and therefore has the authority to obtain electrical work permits. |
